would just like to say that I work out every day - one day
I will ride an exercise upright bike, the next day I will
use the Elliptical, next recumbant bike, next Elliptical,
next upright bike, etc. I was stuck - not being able to go
past the 16 to 17 miles in an hour mark - with the help of
